No team account creation, white label, guaranteed availability, code transfer, hosted solution or ongoing maintenance is included by default. These points must be written down and accepted before the quote.

What is possible — and what remains to be defined
Is this a subscription available straight away?
No. The workspace in your company's colours is a service available on request. The needs, access, any hosting, maintenance and support are defined before the quote. No subscription or automatic payment is offered on this page.
Can we use our logo and our domain name?
The logo, colours and vocabulary can be integrated after approval. A custom domain or subdomain remains to be explored: technical feasibility, DNS, hosting, security and responsibilities must be defined before the quote.
Is the added signature qualified?
No. Parapheo lets you apply a visual signature and does not present it as an advanced or qualified electronic signature. The validity of a document depends on the context, the workflow and the available evidence; have your legal requirements checked if necessary.
Are documents sent to Parapheo?
In local mode, the PDF, the signature and the stamp stay on the device. The separate remote signature workflow deliberately sends an encrypted document; the decryption key stays on the client side. The business scope must specify which workflow is chosen.
Can we start from Word, Excel or PDF templates?
Yes, subject to a test on your real templates. Reading and preparation happen locally, but compatibility depends on the file: complex layouts, macros, linked objects, forms or unusual fonts may require adaptation or may not be supported.
How do we find out the price?
The price depends on the approved scope: templates, visual identity, business rules, installation, access, any hosting, maintenance and support. An exchange followed by a quote is required; no generic rate is presented as suitable for every project.
