Cookies and audience measurement

The choice remains yours. The service works without audience measurement, and no optional measurement starts before your explicit consent.
Cookie necessary for the account
pph_acces is a first-party cookie that contains only a technical token used to restore your unlimited access. It is set after an address has been confirmed, lasts no more than one year and does not contain your email address. It is necessary for the account to work and is not used to track you.
Optional measurement
The “Customise” button distinguishes necessary cookies, which are always active for the service, from audience measurement, which is disabled by default. If you enable the latter, Parapheo loads Google Analytics with the ID G-5QJ8J41LHR. The purpose is to understand which public pages are viewed and to improve the tools. The configuration disables advertising signals and personalisation.
The measurement may receive the public path of the page, its title, technical browser information and an IP address made less precise by Google. Parapheo does not pass on to it the PDF, its content, a file name, an email address, an account token, a query string or a URL fragment. Certificate pages and retrieval flows remain outside this measurement.
Where your visit came from. With the same consent, Parapheo keeps in your browser's local storage the origin of your first visit: referring site (for example a search engine or a video), the link's campaign parameters and the landing page. If you subscribe to Parapheo Pro, this origin is associated with your subscription in order to know which sources lead to a subscription; it is never sold or passed on to a third party. It is kept for no more than 13 months in your browser and erased if you withdraw your consent.
Refuse or withdraw
“Refuse” prevents the Google script from being loaded at all. After an acceptance, the “Manage cookies” button remains available at the bottom of the page. It lets you withdraw your choice; the script is then no longer authorised and any Google cookies present are deleted. Withdrawing does not prevent you from signing or managing your account.
You can also delete the site's storage in your browser settings. This erases the local choice, and the banner will be shown to you again.
