Extract only the pages you need from a PDF
Select the pages to keep, check their order in the thumbnails and create a new PDF without changing the source document.
- Open the document and identify the pages to keep using the page number and the preview.
- Tick your final selection and check that no required appendix has been left out.
- Export the new PDF, then compare its first and last pages with your selection.
Limits to know: up to 100 MB and 200 pages. Extraction keeps whole pages; it does not crop an area and does not automatically turn a page into an image.
