Reorganise a PDF with a page preview

The organising tool shows the pages before any change. You can move, rotate or remove them, then check the full order before downloading the new PDF.

  1. Open the PDF and wait for the numbered thumbnails to appear.
  2. Reorder the pages by drag and drop or with keyboard commands, then mark those to be removed or rotated.
  3. Review the summary, export and check the downloaded document before deleting the original.
Limits to know: up to 100 MB and 200 pages. The tool changes the order and orientation of pages, but it does not correct the text, framing or quality of a scan.

Frequently asked questions

Can I organise just a few pages?

Yes. The other pages stay where they are as long as you don't move them or mark them for removal.

Can I use the tool on mobile?

Yes. The controls shown under the thumbnails replace drag and drop when it is less practical with a finger.

How do I undo a mistake before export?

Use the undo command in the tool bar, or reload the original document if you want to start over.
