Limits of the eleven original tools: 100 MB, 20 files and 200 pages per job. After an export, the browser tries to send an aggregated usage signal: tool, result, number of pages and volume processed. No PDF, file name or text is sent.
If you have several documents to bring together, follow the guide to preparing a PDF file pack to send: converting photos, ordering files, checking pages and a final check. This workflow brings together several existing tools without mixing up their roles.
The guide write, fill in and sign a PDF shows how to add text and a date, without claiming to edit existing text or run OCR.
Parapheo allows three successful exports without an account for the original PDF tools. After that, creating a free confirmed access lets you carry on without a subscription. A rejected file, a cancellation or a failed export does not count as a use.
You can also install Parapheo as a web app on a computer or mobile. After the resources have loaded once, several local tools remain available offline. Signing in to your account and remote signing still require an internet connection.
The eleven local tools on this page process the document's content on your device. This approach avoids automatically sending the PDF to a Parapheo server. It does not replace every feature of the big suites: advanced compression and PDF password protection are not offered here.
Compare Parapheo, iLovePDF, Smallpdf and Adobe Acrobat
These guides explain when to use each tool and what it does not do:
No. The first three successful exports are available without an account. The counter is shared between the original PDF tools. The Pro workspace is paid and linked to a confirmed account; the local PDF tools on this page remain free within their stated limits.
No, for the eleven tools on this page. The PDF's content stays in the browser. An aggregated counter may receive the tool's name and technical volumes, never the file or its name.
Processing uses your device's memory and processor. The limits stop a file that is too heavy from freezing the browser, especially on mobile.
Several local tools can work after a first complete visit, once the browser has kept the resources. Behaviour depends on the browser, and account access remains online.
