Create a separate PDF with the pages you choose
Use the thumbnails to select a group of pages, check their order, then download that group as a new PDF file.
- Load the document and wait for the preview of each page.
- Choose the group to separate, for example an appendix, an invoice or a chapter.
- Create the separate PDF, check its content, then start again with the original to produce another group if needed.
Limits to know: up to 100 MB and 200 pages. Each operation creates a single PDF from the selection. To get several batches, start again with the source file and a new selection.
Frequently asked questions
Does the tool create several PDFs at once?
No. Each export corresponds to the selected group. You can start again with the original to create another file.
Can I choose pages that are far apart?
Yes. The selected pages don't need to be consecutive.
How is this different from deleting pages?
Splitting is for separating a group into a new file. Deleting is for producing a copy without certain pages.
